Digital Image Entry Form

Entries and fees must be received by the January 21, 2009  closing date

Maximum Image Width (Horizontal) is 768 pixels.
Maximum Image Height (Vertical) is 768 pixels.
Color Profile should be sRGB

If you have images in the 1024 x 768 format and do not want to resize them send them and we will resize them for you. Images beyond a pixel count (not a file size) of 6 megapixels cannot be resized. Please keep each image file size to no more than 2 MB and the maximum aggregate size of all images to 32 MB

If you need to change or add to an entry already processed you must resubmit the entire entry form with all images not just the changes or additions.

Please be patient as it takes a while to upload all your images and check and rename the files.

At the end of a successful upload a new page will be displayed showing Step 6 - how to pay for your entry.
You will also receive an email at the email address contained in your entry form.
If you do not receive both of these your upload was most likely not successful and you need to submit again.
