Size your image so that no dimension is greater than 768 pixels
Set the Color Profile of the image to sRGB
Save image as a JPG file
First time participants will need to become authorized to enter images into Photo Contest Pro. To do so, send an email with your name (your first and last name exactly as shown on the Membership List page) and desired password to the following email address: pcpregistration@ridgewoodcameraclub.org Please allow 1 week for authorization to be set-up. (You may change your password once you are authorized in PCP.)
Go to http://www.photocontestpro.com/Default.aspx login using your email address, password and organization
Go to Upload Images and Select the competition that you want to enter
Use the New Picture button to select the image file you want to upload and then enter the Title of the image, for a makeup entry include the word makeup at the end of the title, and then use the Save Picture and Info button.
Wait until the image file is uploaded and then check the entry in the Your Your Pictures panel.
You can use the Select button to view each entry you make.
Enter all images in that manner and you are finished.
All images must be submitted by the Sunday prior to the competition.
