27th RCC INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION OF PHOTOGRAPHY – THREE SECTIONS
ALL ENTRANTS:
We have three sections. Color Projected Image Division’s Dual Projection Color Open entries are accepted Digitally or by Slides (film), not both. Your four images must be in the same medium. We have two Nature Division Sections, Nature Open-Digital and Nature Wildlife-Digital. Both Digital only. No Slides. Nature definitions presented.
The Fee Schedule: One Section – North America $8.00, 2 Sections $14.00, 3 sections $18.00. All others – One section $9.00, two sections $14.00, three sections $18.00. Checks on U. S. Banks ONLY.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: (Re slide Entries)
1. This exhibition will follow recommended procedures of PSA and is open to everyone, everywhere upon payment of required fee. An entry may be rejected, when the sponsoring organization or its agent, in its reasonable discretion, believes the entry does not conform to exhibition rules and conditions.
2. All possible care will be taken to safeguard all slides, however no responsibility can be assumed for lost or damaged slides.
3. Entries received without fees will not be judged, returned or forwarded.
4. All acceptances will be eligible for listing in PSA’s “Who’s Who” and will count towards Star ratings.
5. Each entry must include fee, a completed entry form and return label.
6. Make all checks and money orders in U. S. Dollars, payable to the Ridgewood Camera Club. All International Reply Coupons (IRCs) must be stamped by issuing Post Office.
7. All scoring will be done by electronic balloting machine. The maximum possible score is 15, with a minimum possible of 3. All contestants’ first slides will be shown in round one, the second slides in round two, etc.
8. Entry may be forwarded to any North American Exhibition if the suitable label is provided. The form(s) and fees for the other exhibition should be sent directly to that exhibition with a notation that entry will be forwarded from RCC. INCLUDE the mailing label for that exhibition with your name as mailer. You will save postage expense.
9. Submission of entry implies that the entrant accepts all conditions of entry.
10. A maximum of four slides 2” x 2” only. Slides must. have been exposed by the maker.
11. Each slide must be spotted in the lower left corner as hand viewed. This data must appear on each slide. Name and address of maker, title of slide, number to correspond to entry card.
12. Slides in glass mounts preferred. Slides with glass over cardboard mounts not acceptable.

14. Airmail return for all. If package is more than 112 grams, add $1.00 for each 28 grams over 112 grams.
15. DISCOUNT: A$1.00 discount per entry is offered when four or more enter in one package.

PSA Gold, New Jersey Federation of Camera Clubs’ Judges Choice, RCC John Dredger Memorial, RCC Medal for 3rd Judges Choice. RCC Medal for Best Club Entry. Best club entry requires 8 entrants. Multilple discount applies.

Ridgewood Camera Club offers a medal for Best Individual Entry in CPID open. South Jersey Camera Club offers a medal to Best New Jersey Entrant overall. The Ridgewood Camera Club offers a medal to the entrant with Best Entry two Nature Sections.
We will be pleased to send your scores by E-mail. Show your E-mail address in space provided on the entry card. YOU MUST PRINT CLEARLY. Many e-mails have failed as the address was hard to read. That is your responsibility.
